At the January 2024 meeting of the New Westminster Homelessness Coalition Society Board new Vision, Mission and Values statements were adopted. This marks the completion of the first phase of the NWHCS’s strategic planning process. This work along with the development of the new Society website was made possible through at SPARC BC Homelessness Action Grant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe everyone deserves compassion and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe people should be involved in the decisions that impact their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We learn from our actions to continually improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe in and advocate for culturally appropriate, inclusive decolonizing and anti-oppressive practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We help people understand complex issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
