for supporting I’s on the Street
And thanks to all the wonderful people at the Vancity New Westminster community branch for all their support!
I’s on the Street is an award winning outreach/support services program that engages homeless or at-risk-of-being-homeless persons into supervised employment cleaning streets. All the while they receive the shelter, health & well-being, addictions and mental health help they need in order to become self-supporting and productive members of society again.
It’s a non-profit social enterprise designed to serve as a “stepping stone” to regular employment by re-connecting people back to society.
